Ethnic Hair and Skin Have Different Requirements For Good Health

Braids, Locks & Dreads

Renee Sandoval's Story

- Renee Sandoval -

I started my locks 11 years ago based on personal beliefs and my cultural background. Before I met Barbette, I didn't really have much knowledge of hair care, especially how to care for dread locks. Since there are a lot if myths out there about the care of dreads and how to maintain them, I was really worried about how to keep them clean. It was hard for me to figure out what best suited my personal life and hygiene.

After meeting Barbette and getting my hair done by her, my dread locks became healthier, and began growing longer and stronger!  Barbette showed me the correct way to care for my ethnic hair in dread locks, and guided me towards the right hair products. She really takes the time and effort to educate people on what to do with their ethnic hair issues.

I highly recommend Barbette as a valuable ethnic hair and skin care resource, as she share her knowledge and  give anyone, and especially the youth a big boost with their self esteem based on how they look and feel about themselves.
